At Studio L, we care about your satisfaction. That's why we've made our return and exchange policy simple and hassle-free.

At Delivery
You can inspect your order while the courier is at your doorstep. If you're not satisfied, simply return it to the courier and only pay the shipping fee.

Return Policy

• Returns are accepted within 4 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, unworn, with original tags attached, and in their original condition.

• A clear photo of the item must be provided when submitting your request.

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

• Items that do not meet our return conditions will not be eligible for a refund.

Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

• The requested replacement item is subject to stock availability.
